Why join Camp Napowan Staff? The experiences you have as a Staffer are of once in a lifetime. While at camp you help and teach hundreds of young scouts earn merit badges, establish life-long friendships, and instill the Scouting way. Pathway to Adventure Council is currently seeking hardworking, focused, and fun individuals who are dedicated to enriching the lives of the wonderful scouts we serve every day!
Being on the Napowan Staff is a life changing opportunity and will provide you with amazing memories you will never forget. We are also the hardest working scouts you will meet. It is because of this work ethic, positive energy and love for scouting that has ranked the Napowan Staff one of the best camp staff in the entire central region after a National assessment of all region camps.

Paid Staff Members need to be able to commit to at least 7 of the 8 weeks. Staff Week attendance preferred.
CIT (Counselor In Training for 14 year olds) please fill out the CIT Application and turn in by May 15, 2017. Those who are over the age of 14 but cannot meet the time commitment to be a paid staff member, please fill out the regular Staff Application.
Interviews are on November 26th 2016 in Arlington Heights.
